1. Introduction

Welcome to Sangar Studio.

Sangar Studio ("us", "we", or "our") operates a portfolio of mobile applications including EPPP Gamified, FriendlyAPK, Social Debt Tracker, Story Keeper, Startup Bucket List, Video to Wallpaper, and other applications (collectively referred to as "the Apps" or "the Service").

This Privacy Policy governs your use of our Apps and explains how we collect, use, safeguard, and disclose information resulting from your use of our Service. By using any of our Apps, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

• SERVICE: The mobile applications and related services operated by Sangar Studio.

• USAGE DATA: Data collected automatically, generated by your use of the Service or from Service infrastructure.

• Payment information processed securely through Google Play and Apple App Store. We never store card details directly.

• Quiz scores, XP points, streaks, and gamification progress for exam prep apps
• Crash reports and performance diagnostics

• EPPP Gamified: Quiz results, study progress, accuracy scores, daily quest completions
• Social Debt Tracker: Favor and help records you manually enter, stored locally or in your account
• Story Keeper: Notes and entries you create, stored securely in your account
• Startup Bucket List: Goals and milestones you enter
• Video to Wallpaper: Video files you select, processed locally on your device and not uploaded
• FriendlyAPK: Game preferences and browsing activity within the app

4. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve our Apps and features
• To track your progress, streaks, XP, gamification elements, and personalized experience
• To send push notifications for daily quests, reminders, and app updates
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To display relevant advertisements where applicable, including FriendlyAPK and free tiers
• To analyze usage patterns and improve app performance
• To respond to customer support requests
• To comply with legal obligations
• To cross-promote our other apps within the Sangar Studio portfolio

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only with:

• Service Providers: Third-party tools such as Firebase (Google) for authentication, database, and analytics; Google AdMob for advertising; and payment processors. These parties access data only to perform services on our behalf.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred. We will notify you before such transfer.

6. Data Retention

We retain your Personal Data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period unless required for security or legal purposes.

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside your country. If you are located outside Canada and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer and process data in Canada.

Some of our Apps and web services use cookies and similar tracking technologies. Types used include:

• Advertising Cookies: To serve relevant ads within FriendlyAPK and ad-supported app tiers

9. Advertising

Certain apps in the Sangar Studio portfolio display ads to support free access. Ads may be served by Google AdMob and similar third-party ad networks. These services may use cookies and device identifiers to show relevant ads based on your activity.

In the EPPP Gamified app, ads are shown on result screens only. Users who achieve 100% accuracy on a quiz will not be shown ads on that result. Users may also support the app via an optional donation button.

We also use cross-promotion ads within our apps to introduce users to other Sangar Studio products.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at heominaga@gmail.com and we will take steps to remove that information.

11. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS/TLS encryption for data in transit and encryption at rest where applicable. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
